Unibe se beneficia con becas de la Casa Blanca

En abril se dará el intercambio entre las universidades, comentaron Stephen Ferst, del Collage of Staten Island, y Elizabeth Rodríguez, directora de Educación Global de Unibe. Esteban Monge/La República Unos siete estudiantes de enfermería de la Universidad de Iberoamérica (Unibe) iniciarán en abril un intercambio con Estados Unidos, mediante el programa “100.000 Strong in the Americas” que otorgó la beca a dicha universidad privada.

URI engineering students making prosthetic arms, hands for Colombian amputees – Providence Business News

SOUTH KINGSTOWN – Thanks to a $25,000 federal grant, University of Rhode Island engineering students will design and make prosthetic hands and arms for amputees in Colombia. The project, funded by the 100,000 Strong in the Americas program, will enable the students to travel to the South American country this summer.

UCIE receives grant to begin student exchange in Argentina

Wright State’s University Center for International Education (UCIE) received a $25,000 grant to begin a student exchange program for the 2017-2018 school year with a university in Argentina. The grant was issued through the 100,000 Strong in the Americas Initiative by the U.S. Embassy in Buenos Aires.
