Join us at our next capacity building workshop!

The 100,000 Strong in the Americas Innovation Fund invites you to join us at our upcoming workshops and networking events throughout the Americas, aimed at higher education professionals and administrators looking to internationalize their campuses and connect with other representatives in international education.

The workshops will focus on challenges and opportunities in the host region, as well as how institutions in the Western Hemisphere can participate in 100,000 Strong in the Americas. Presentations will be given by Innovation Fund grant recipients, stakeholders from the U.S. Department of State, Partners of the Americas, NAFSA: Association of International Educators and other public and private sector collaborators.

Effective Practices for Growing International Partnerships in the Americas

This year’s workshop combines general plenaries and interactive sessions to provide attendees with opportunities to exchange knowledge, strategies, and practices to creating and building lasting institutional collaborations across the Americas. Attendees will also hear from past and current Innovation Fund grant recipients, the Innovation Fund team and its partners, including U.S. Embassies and EducationUSA offices, on how to expand access to international opportunities for students, faculty, and administrators in the Western Hemisphere, and how to compete in upcoming Innovation Fund grant competitions, by focusing on the very partnerships that can lead to the success of exchange programs.
